Design Notes

This part is designed to contain a mutant copy of petH (slr1643), a gene coding for soluble electron carrier ferredoxin-NADP oxidoreductase. The mutant has been designed to possess a lower oxidoreductase efficiency. Super-strong promoter Pcpc560 was used, while TrbcL-S (modified, lacking its last 10bp) was used.
